Kevin Gould
"In my humble opinion, large clubs tend to overcharge and then lose focus on the individual players. While 'Team 1st' is a great concept, my goal is to make the team strong by making each player better. We do this by using proven USAV training methods combined with an environment that allows players to make mistakes. While winning is important, my primary goal is to help the players that want to play in college get there. In that respect, we have been very successful. From last year's seven player team, we have two players closing in on D1 scholarships and one working on a D2 scholarship."
